All pallet and container deliveries must be booked in via email (effective from
1 August 2022). Parcel deliveries do not need booking in.
To book in a pallet/container for delivery please send your request to:
The booking in request must be sent at least 48 hours prior to your expected delivery date, the following information must be included in your request:
Our Warehouse team will then schedule and confirm the booking date by return. Please note, container or large pallet deliveries may be given a specific time to deliver on the agreed date.
Please ensure that any packing slip/delivery note and your invoice, includes the Reginald Ames Purchase Order number. This will assist us in booking the goods in and should avoid delays in processing your invoices. Invoices which do not include a Purchase Order number, risk being rejected.
