61040 - Blackcurrant Flavoured Tea with Leaves

A black leaf blended with Blackberry Leaves and scented with Blackcurrant flavour.

Brew with freshly drawn boiled water for 3-5 minutes.

61239 - Lemongrass, Ginger &  Honey

A blend of green tea, herbs, spices, and natural flavouring. This blend produces a lovely balance of citrus, spice and sweetness.

Brew with freshly drawn boiled water that has cooled for 2 minutes, for 3-5 minutes.

80201 - Christmas Rooibos

Also known as Red Bush, it is produced in South Africa. Rooibos is known to have excellent antioxidant properties and is naturally caffeine free. This Rooibos has been delicately scented with traditional Christmas flavourings. The liquor is bright and rich with a delicious sweet orange and light clove character.

Brew with freshly drawn boiled water that has cooled for 2 minutes, for 3-5 minutes.

81320 - Rosehip & Hibiscus

Finely cut Nigerian Hibiscus, blended with finely cut Rosehip from Chile. The liquor has a naturally sweet and fruity character.

Brew with freshly drawn boiled water that has cooled for 2 minutes, for 3-5 minutes.

20320 - Pu-Erh King

Aged black tea from the Yunnan province in China. A neat brown leaf that produces a dark liquor with a pungent mushroom character.
This Pu-Erh is Shou. It was aged for three years and kept packaged in the cartons or gunnysacks in the cool, dry, well-ventilated area.

Brew with freshly drawn boiled water for 3-5 minutes.

61160 - Peach Flavoured Tea with Flowers

A black leaf that is blended with marigold petals and scented with peach flavouring.

Brew with freshly drawn boiled water for 3-5 minutes

21100 - Lapsang Falcon

From the lower hills of the Wuyi Mountain range of Fujian Province in Eastern China. This fantastic tea grows in soil which naturally gives the leaf a light tarry character, this is further enhanced by firing the tea over wood chippings. Contrary to most perceptions of Lapsang, it is the teas with the most subtle of smokey characters (like this one) that is most sought after.  Works extremely well as an accompaniment to chocolate cake.

Brew with freshly drawn boiled water for 3-5 minutes. Experiment with it on its own or with any variation using milk, honey and/or lemon.
