11455 - Assam 2nd Flust Halmari GTFOP1

Located in the Moran Belt in Upper Assam, the Halmari tea estate is well known for its fine quality 2nd flush and rare teas.

This black tea with lots of golden tip produces a bright golden liquor, and presents a top quality 2nd flush malty flavour.

Brew with freshly drawn water that has been cooled for 2 minutes, and then steep for 4-5 minutes, depending on personal taste.

61053 - Caramelised Apple Flavoured Black Tea

This blend of black tea and various fruit pieces/leaves creates a golden liquor, and a very sweet apple/caramel flavour.

Brew with freshly drawn boiled water for 3-5 minutes.

A black leaf that is blended with apple pieces and scented with apple flavouring.

A blend of China black tea with Ginger pieces and ginger flavouring. The leaf is clean and black speckled with pieces of ginger root. The liquor is bright and clear with a rich ginger aroma and flavour.

A Chinese black leaf blended with lemon peel and scented with lemon flavouring.

This infusion of apple pieces, rosehip, hibiscus and citrus peel creates a light red cup, and a juicy, sweet flavour; can be enjoyed as an Ice Tea, once brewed with hot water.
