Flavour: Light, Buttery
Translated to mean “Green Snail Spring”. Beautiful medium sized twisted green and silver leaf. The liquor is pale with a delicate aroma and buttery character not dissimilar to Ti Kuan Yin.
Brew with freshly drawn boiled water, which has cooled for 2 minutes, for 3-5 minutes.
