First Flush 2025
**Just 10kg available from
2 June 2025**
The First flush that we have purchased this year (invoice J17), is a very special tea. It has large green leaf with plenty of silver tip. The liquor is a bright amber with smooth, and very fresh flavour that has hints of peach.
This tea was grown and picked in six micro terroirs of the Jun Chiyabari divisions. The elevation of these different micro plots is 1,610m, 1,580m, 1,750m, 1,810m, 1,740m, 2,100m. As you can see from this, it really is a rather special tea.
It was harvested on the 7th of April, in the morning and afternoon, and packed on the 9th of April.
Use freshly drawn boiled water that has cooled for 2 minutes and brew 3-5 minutes, depending on personal taste.
