12900 Himalayan Black Tea

Reginald Ames has been buying First Flush teas from Jun Chiyabari for quite a few years now. This year we have decided to add a new Jun Chiyabari to our range so have purchased this Himalayan Black Tea.

This tea was grown at an elevation of 1,820m and was Harvested from the 21st-23rd July.

The tea has a large black twisted leaf, with plenty of Golden Tip. It produces a Bright liquor which has a delicious dark chocolate character, with hints of maltiness and caramel.

Brew with freshly drawn boiled water for between 3 and 5 minutes
