110360 - Snowview 1st Flush DJ5
Nestled between the mountains of Bhutan and the flat Himalayan plains you will find Snow View Tea Garden. This garden has been cultivating tea since 1870.. It gets its name from the snowcapped Himalayan Mountain range which can be seen from the estate on a clear day.
Snow View is surrounded by three forest reserves (gorumara, Jaldakah, and Chapramari), and the river Moortee runs along the lower border of the tea garden. This garden is considered a bio diversity hotspot with animals such as elephant, bison, leopards, rhinos, wild deer, and wild boar can occasionally be spotted when they venture out of the surrounding forests.
Snow View also falls under the migratory path of the elephants. The elephant herds travel across the estate regularly between the forests in order to drink and bathe in Moortee river. The tea garden has recently partnered with The Wildlife Enterprise, which is an independent organisation striving to protect elephant populations. In 2020 Snow View became the first tea garden in Darjeeling to be awarded with Elephant Friendly Tea Garden certification.
Snow View is at an elevation of 1,000 metres, and covers 600 hectares. The tea garden supports 700 workers and their families. This tea has a light green leaf, with plenty of silver tips. The liquor is amber, the flavour is light, sweet, and delicate.
It was plucked on the 26th March 2026 and manufactured and packed on the 27th March 2026.

Orange Valley Tea Estate is located between Ghoom and Darjeeling Town. It is on top of High Blue Mountain at an elevation of 6,500 feet. The Estate is more than 125 years old, and it covers an area of 348 hectares (190 of which is planted with tea).
This tea was plucked on the 1st of April 2026 and manufactured and packed on the 2nd April 2026. It has a large, well made green leaf, the liquor produced is bright amber and it has a smooth, slightly sweet flavour. A top quality First Flush.
Use freshly drawn boiled water that has cooled for 2 minutes and brew for 3-5 minutes, depending on personal taste.

Tukdah Tea Estate is located along the steep banks of the Teesta River and has an elevation of 4,500 to 6,500 feet.
This tea was picked on the 24th March 2026, and manufactured and packed on the 26th March 2026. The elevation where it was plucked from was 4,000 feet. It has a large green leaf with silver tip that produces a bright orange liquor, which has a light and delicate flavour with hints of fruit/peach.
Use freshly drawn boiled water that has cooled for 2 minutes and brew for 3-5 minutes, depending on personal taste.

The Gielle Tea Garden was established in the 1850’s. Its altitude ranges between 2,500 and 6,000 feet above sea level and is named after a small river nearby.
This tea was picked on the 10th March 2026, and processed and packed on the 11th of March 2026. It has a neat green leaf, with silver tip and produces a light orange liquor. The flavour is light and grassy, with a slight sweetness

Nagri Farm Tea Garden covers an area of 256 hectares and is located South West of Darjeeling Town in the Rongbong Valley.
This tea was picked on the 25th March 2026, and manufactured and packed on the 27th March 2026. It has a well-made green leaf, which produces an amber liquor. It has a well-rounded Darjeeling 1st flush flavour which is very smooth.
