25080 - Snow Bud

Snow Bud has a beautiful silvery leaf manufactured from the finest white leaves of the highlands of South West Zhejiang Province in China (also manufactured in Fujian Province).

 

The liquor is slightly pale with a distinctive brightness giving a complex sweet and floral character to the flavour with a slight nutty undertone.

 

To brew this tea it is best to use approximately 3g of tea per cup and to infuse for 4-5 minutes with water that is freshly drawn, boiled and allowed to cool for 2 minutes prior to brewing.

 

62001- First Love

A blend of white leaf, and green leaf with jasmine flowers and rose petals, scented with viola flavouring.

 

Brew with freshly drawn boiled water that has cooled for 2 minutes, for 3-5 minutes.

 

61070 - Cinnamon with Pieces

A black leaf that is blended with cinnamon pieces and scented with cinnamon flavouring.

 

Brew with freshly drawn boiled water for 3-5 minutes.

 

61050 - Black Cherry Flavoured tea (Wild Cherry)

A black leaf that is blended with Blackberry leaves and scented with cherry, and wild cherry flavouring.

 

Brew with freshly drawn boiled water for 3-5 minutes.

81110- Honeybush 

Honeybush is a herbal tea grown in South Africa. It is very similar to Rooibos but has a lighter and sweeter taste.

 

Brew with freshly drawn boiled water that has cooled for 2 minutes, for 3-5 minutes.

 

61150 - Passionfruit with flowers

A delicious blend of black Chinese tea, passionfruit pieces and marigold petals, this produces a fruity, tropical flavour, and a bright liquor.

81170 - Lemon Verbena Whole

Strong fragrance and flavour of lemons, almost like eating a raw lemon, but without the bitterness. Brought to Europe by Spanish explorers in the C17th from Argentina, it now grows in numerous valleys throughout Morocco in glorious sunshine and is cultivated in early Summer.

 

24400 - Chinese Oriental Beauty

This rare Chinese tea has a large brown leaf, with good golden tip resulting in a bright amber liquor. The flavour is light and smooth.

 

Use water that has cooled for 2 minutes from boil, and brew for 3-5 minutes.

 

51500 - Organic Mango Matcha

Finely ground green tea leaves, with a mild green liquor appearance. The flavour is bursting with mango flavour that melds seamlessly with the green tea.

 

To Brew, pour freshly drawn boiled water that has cooled for 2 minutes onto the matcha and stir until the matcha has dissolved into the water, and there is a fine froth on top of the bowl.

 

For an authentic experience mix in a tea bowl with a bamboo whisk until the tea is frothy.
